Complaints procedure
Whilst our aim is to provide you with excellent service, we recognize that there may be occasions where you feel that the level of service provided has not met your expectations.
In the event are unhappy with the level of service provided by us or have any complaint, please contact us with the details in writing. We will aim to do our best to resolve your complaint at the earliest opportunity.
The SRA code of conduct for the Solicitors requires us to treat our clients fairly, and to deal with complaints promptly, fairly and free of charge.
